JSC "Grodno building materials plant" specializes in production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) elements for house building and is one leader of their production in the Republic of Belarus. In 2006 a new AAC production line with machinery of the German company "Wehrhahn" was commissioned. It became the 85th similar production line in the world and the only one of its kind in Belarus. On May 26th 2006 solemn opening of workshop for manufacturing of AAC blocks with high accuracy of geometry has taken place.

Our company produces autoclaved aerated concrete elements, lime-sand bricks and builder`s lime. Annual industrial capacities enable our company to produce 370.000 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete elements, 83 million reference pieces of bricks and 85.000 tons of aerated lump builder’s lime. New AAC wall blocks of the 1st quality, produced at the German production line, are characterized with high geometrical exactness.

In 2004 a system of quality management of the AAC elements production in accordance with the STB ISO 9001-2001 requirements was implemented at the enterprise. The implementation of the quality management system will make it possible to obtain stability in quality rating and to raise competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets.

JSC "Grodno building materials plant" has a test center, which is accredited in the system of test and verification laboratories of Republic of Belarus and has been accredited for the technical competence, - accreditation certificate BY/112 02.2.0.0342 dd. 28.02.2005. All the products of the company have been tested long before the introduction of the obligatory certification.

In 2002 AAC insulating panels with average density of 250 kg per cubic meter have been nominated “The best product of the Republic of Belarus”.

In 2004 AAC elements with average density of 500 kg per cubic meter have been awarded a diploma of the best Belarusian products on the Russian Federation market.

In 2007 JSC "Grodno building materials plant" with its AAC wall blocks was the laureate of “The best products of Republic of Belarus” contest in the nomination “Industrial and Technical Products”

In 2009 our company with its AAC wall blocks D500 B1.5 F35 was the winner of the Belarusian professional contest in the nomination “The best building material of the year”.

Of all enterprise products autoclaved aerated concrete elements are always in firm demand. They are not only sold in the domestic market, but are also exported to Kaliningrad, Moscow and Leningrad regions of the Russian Federation and to the Baltic countries.
